Return Policy – Customers

At Book’s E-Land, we strive to provide high-quality school, college, and academic materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged, defective, or missing parts
- Product not as described
- Incomplete order
Non-Returnable Items:
- Downloaded/activated digital products / e-books
- Used or opened stationery
- Customized items (diaries, printed materials)
- Used lab equipment
- Items damaged due to improper handling
Return Window:
- Within 7 days of delivery: Eligible for return/replacement
- After 7 days: Returns accepted only if under warranty
Condition of Returned Items:
- Unused, in original condition
- All packaging, labels, and accessories intact
- Books must not have writing, marking, or torn pages
Return Process:
- 1.Go to My Orders → Select product → Tap Request Return
- 2.Upload supporting images (damage, defect, wrong item)
- 3.Book’s E-Land team verifies the request
- 4.Courier pickup arranged within 2–5 working days
- 5.Refund or replacement issued after inspection
Refund Policy:
- Online payments: Refunded to original method (3–7 days)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded to bank account or wallet
Replacement Policy:
- Free replacement if product is in stock and issue verified
- If out of stock, a full refund is issued
Wrong or Incomplete Orders:
Report within 48 hours for fast resolution
